Summary:
This issue seems pretty common and it looks like a lot of people would benefit from having a restaurant that has many different restaurants. I think when you have all different types of people, people on different budgets, people from different cultures, people with different priorities, etc., this restaurant seems to blend everyone together to a place they can feel comfortable eating at.
I would describe this segment as broad. Many people are aware of this problem but don't know how to effectively solve it. People with both the desire and ability to have a multicultural restaurant would meet this segment requirement.

I enjoyed reading your interviews. I agree the segment you chose was broad. Reading the interviews I saw smaller segments. For example, people who eat fast food because of price. People who eat fast food because of taste. Your interviews depictes how people have many different prefernces. Everyone likes different kinds of food. Your idea of having a place that serves all types of food is nice!
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly,
ReplyDeleteI like how you created a very diverse pool to do your interviews. However, I also agree with Tyler that your segment was really broad. I think you should address what is fastfood and what is not. For example, I do not consider Five Guys a fast food restaurant but some people do think of Five Guys as a fast food place. Other than that, I think it was a great post overall!
